Dursley Cross is on the Ross Road, north east of Longhope. The Cross Inn had an annual rateable value of £9.10s.0d. in 1891 and 1903 which, given its status as an alehouse, seems something of a bargain. It closed at 10 p.m. There is a private house called Dursley Cross Cottage.

The Farmers Boy located on the north side of the Ross Road is still trading as a free house. The Farmers Boy had an annual rateable value of £10.0s.0d. in 1891 and 1903.

On the south side of the Ross Road to the north of Longhope village. This whitewashed pub is still trading and today is a popular music venue. In 1891 and 1903 it had an annual rateable of just £8.0s.0d. but only had a license to sell beer and wines on the premises. It closed at 10 p.m.

Plough Inn, Monmouth Road Map Reference: SO 962186
The Plough was demolished to make way for road improvements (A4136) in the 1970's. It had an annual rateable value of £17.0s.0d. in 1891 and 1903. Albert John Brain was a long serving tenant at the Plough who first served Wintle's beers there in 1907 and retired in the early 1960's when the pub was a West Country house.

The Yew Tree Main road pub on the Monmouth Road to the west of Longhope Village. The inn sign is housed in an ornamental ironwork frame with the West Country castle emblem on top... something of a rarity these days. The Yew Tree Inn had an annual rateable value of £18.0s.0d in 1891 and 1903.
