Community Health Trainer

Community Health Trainers offer support, information and guidance to people who want to make changes to their lifestyle. They offer realistic and practical help with improving your wellbeing, reducing stress and feeling better about yourself; healthy eating and weight management; stopping smoking; sensible drinking; becoming more physically active. Loan Sharks

Beware purchasing anything at the doorstep, including loans. If you have money difficulties, the Forest of Dean Citizens Advice Bureau will give help and advice. Alternatively, anyone who lives or works in Gloucestershire can join the Credit Union and benefit from their affordable payment plans.
