Fête Day 2003

Introduction

Under heavy skies Longhope fete once more took place. Although the sky had been cloudy and grey all day, the folk of Longhope have long known that "it never rains on Longhope Fête" and they were right. A very large crowd packed the Rec this year, as the field next to it could no longer be used due to the fact that there is a £1.3 million school there!
