At Longhope's annual parish meeting, there was a discussion into how the village could overcome its problem with vandalism. PC Hek, who was also at the meeting said that any act of vandalism - no matter how small - should be reported to the police on 01452 521201. He also said that otherwise Longhope's crime figures wouldn't reflect reality.
